Breakfast Club

Breakfast club is available every morning 7.45 – 8.45am.

 Children can be dropped off between these times, at the main entrance.

 Breakfast is served until 8.30am and children are welcome to juice, toast and cereals.

 Cost

Daily  £2.50

Weekly   £12.50

If you have a 2nd or 3rd child attending for the week the rate for each additional child is:

Weekly   £6.50 

Fees are payable via Parent Pay.

After School Child Care

Our after school provision is ran by school staff. 

 After school care will be available Monday – Thursday until 6pm and Fridays until 5pm.

 We understand that some parents may need children to stay a little longer than the school day, whilst others require provision until later.  Therefore, we hope the times outlined below will help everyone.

We ask that places are booked a week in advance, however no later than 24 hours before.

 Cost is as follows:

 3.15pm – 4.00pm  £2 per child per day

3.15pm – 5.00pm  £6 per child per day

3.15pm – 6.00pm  £8 per child per day

If your child is attending an after school club but you still require care following this, prices are as follows:

Until 5pm   £3 per child per day

Until 6pm  £5 per child per day

Payments

Parents must pay when sessions are booked via Parent Pay. Where parents pay via a childcare voucher, these can be accepted in arrears.
Any unsettled accounts may be referred to the Local Authority (Durham County Council) for debt recovery.
A penalty charge of £10.00 will be charged if children are not collected by 6.00pm.

Contact Details

Please ensure you keep the school office updated with any changes to your contact details and who can collect your child. We must have at least two emergency contacts on your child’s file, for safeguarding purposes.
Our school policy is that children must be collected by an adult or someone who is over 16 years of age.

 Late Collections

The after school childcare closes at 6.00pm. If parents collect their children later than 6.00pm, then a penalty fee of £10.00 is incurred. If you know you are going to be late, please school to inform a member of staff.
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate any requests to extend childcare beyond 6.00pm.
